childcare professionals in a convenient & affordable
manner for busy NY families and guests. We fully screen
in person all candidates and check their references.
Our website allows members to view candidate profiles,
including Video interviews, resumes, and reference quotes.
Membership is free, and our placement fee is only payable
at the time of hire.

Nanny Placement:
Looking for a professional Nanny? NYC Nanny Finder
provides professional career nannies for long-term positions:

Once a member, you can view on-line candidate profiles
and schedule in-home interviews with candidates of your
choice. A criminal background check is conducted after
a family has extended a job offer to a candidate and
the results are shared prior to their start date.
On-Demand Baby Sitting:
Need a sitter for a night out?
NYC Nanny Finder allows you to pre-screen sitters before
meeting them at your home or hotel.
Our babysitter candidates are comprised of college
students, nannies, teachers and nurses.
Our Babysitters hourly wages begin at $15 per hour
for one child. A $25 Placement fee is charged at the
time the booking is confirmed.
Temporary Childcare:
Need a nanny, baby nurse, or tutor to fill-in for
a special occasion, a few days, weeks, or even a month?
NYC Nanny Finder offers qualified childcare professionals
that have flexibility in their schedule to help out
on a short-term basis.
Individual childcare providers salaries will vary
depending upon their position, experience, and skill
set. A $25 Placement fee is charged for each day the
candidate(s) are scheduled to work.

area for nanny & temporary help placements.
Our on-demand babysitting service is currently available
to families and guests located in Manhattan. We are
working to extend our reach soon.

Nanny Finder was founded on the premise that searching
for the right nanny should be an easier and more time-efficient
process than what is currently offered by existing nanny
placement agencies. After spending four long weeks interviewing
dozens of candidates for our 13 month old son, we were
tired and frustrated with how much time we spent meeting
“great” nannies that just didn’t satisfy
all of our requirements. Why was this so hard?
The root of the problem lied with the agencies, as they
decided which candidates we would meet in the first place.
However, we knew most of the nannies were not quite right
for us within the first minute of the interview. If only
we had the ability to prescreen applicants.
NYC Nanny Finder was established to improve the nanny
placement process by making it more efficient and convenient.
Our goal is to provide a convenient, time-saving service
that will assist you in finding the perfect nanny for
your family.
The way NYC Nanny Finder works is simple. Much like
a “traditional’” agency, we carefully
meet and pre-screen all of our candidates by checking
references, conducting an extensive background check,
and making sure all candidates meet our highest level
of standards. Unlike other agencies, and unique only
to NYC Nanny Finder, we provide you with an online video,
a resume and references for all our candidates. This
allows you to get a better idea of the personality and
an overall impression of a candidate before spending
the time meeting with them. You can conveniently schedule
